We all chose to challenge ourselves! What is your challenge? 

This year’s International Women’s Day was “Choose to challenge”. 

That’s why our discussion was about what we can do to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. It’s no wonder that we all have unconscious biases (plus add in a lifetime of stereotypes and assumptions that you’ve read in the media or heard from friends and family or seen portrayed in books and movies).

The first step in busting unconscious biases is to make yourself aware of them.
